Maintenance services offered by Efumo Software: web application service and maintenance – additions and changes, warranty provision.

We maintain both large and small projects
We will provide maintenance for large and small web, mobile or social networking applications.  With large projects, a team is assigned for ongoing attention to the web applications for seamless operation. Upon request, we will provide other services as well.

Smaller project maintenance is done on an “as needed” basis at the request of our customer.

Our guarrantee 
When we develop a web, social networking or mobile applications for you, we provide either a one or two-year free error correction service, depending on the warranty plan chosen.

How is the maintenance performed?

• You accept a service level agreement as part of the maintenance agreement with us.
  • Basic maintenance plan – free;
  • Premium maintenance plan - fixed monthly fee.
• We place a demo version of your program on our own servers.
• We create your account and user profiles in our customer service system.
  • Our client company’s director has administrative access to the system in order  to view all task activity and communications between his/her staff and the Efumo Software team.
  • Client users only have access to the system in order to view their own tasks.
• We agree on a project plan and payment terms.
  • Based on actual work time – we invoice your company for actual hours worked by the software team on specific tasks. This model allows the client easier understanding of project phase costs and the need to react quickly during the project development. At the end of the month we submit an invoice for completed tasks including relevant explanations.
  • According to cost estimate – this means that before carrying out the task we agree on expenses.
  • Various – to improve efficiency and save time, you can define – which tasks should be completed based on timing and according to the cost estimate discussed before beginning the work.
• Our maintenance service also includes providing all other related areas of expertise  – analysis of business requirements, specification, design, programming, testing, implementation, publishing, content preparation, arrangement of translations, etc. Read more about Workflow Cycle and Services Offered.

Efumo Software offers customers two different maintenance plans:

• Basic maintenance plan – free;
• Premium maintenance plan - fixed monthly fee.

In addition, you can choose maintenance service business hours:

• From 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT +) – free;
• From 7:0 to 23:00 (GMT +) 7 days a week, no holidays.
